Obituary for William R. Allen (Bill)
William R. Allen (Bill) of Doylestown, PA passed away on Friday, December 16, 2022 in Doylestown Hospital. He was 76.
Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Robert and Virginia (Shields) Allen, Bill was a lifelong resident of Doylestown, PA.
Bill was formerly employed as an electrician with the IBEW Local 98 of Philadelphia and served in the US Navy. In his youth, he enjoyed roller skating and worked at the skating rink. He had many interests; paintball, whitewater rafting, golf, watching movies, reading and computer research.
He was the beloved husband of Mary (Rachwal) Allen; loving stepfather of Stacey Pizza Muench and husband Greg; cherished step grandfather of Aiden and Emma Muench; dear brother of Linda Watts and husband William , Kathy Rosato and husband Paul; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
