Jerry L. Werner of Doylestown, PA passed away on Monday, June 6, 2022 in Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown, PA. He was 67.
Born in Lancaster, PA to the late Benjamin and Eleanor (Kent) Werner, Jerry resided in Philadelphia, PA before moving to Doylestown, PA 35 years ago.
Jerry was an avid seaman. He loved boating. He was also an avid basketball player, having played for Silent Athletic Club and Hudson Valley. Jerry also enjoyed running.
Jerry was a member of Jehovah’s Witness for more than 20 years.
He was the beloved husband of 30 years to Elizabeth Werner (nee Sherian); devoted father of Kerry Werner and wife Darlyne; cherished step-father of Debi Shostak ; loving grandfather of Milania, Major, and Mirabella Werner; step-grandfather of Bambi Shostak; dear brother of John Werner and wife Rosemary Fishbein-Werner, Jeff Werner and wife Diana Werner, Carol Werner Nonnemacher and husband Scott; loving uncle of Jay Werner, John Werner, Jr., Jason Werner, Jeff Werner, Jr., Ben Hangstorfer, Diana Colston, Katie Fishbein, Maggie Hangstorfer, Amy Hangstorfer, and Valerie Burlak
A private memorial service will be held in the near future.
