Obituary for Matthew Paul Gallagher
Matthew Paul Gallagher of Silverdale, PA passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 in Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown, PA. He was 66.
Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Raymond and Gloria (Knoehr) Gallagher, Matthew resided in Southampton, PA, before moving to Silverdale, PA in 1996.
Matthew was the proud owner of Dan’s Barber Shop in Warminster, PA. He enjoyed traveling all over the world with his loving wife, Barbara. In his free time he was a proud advocate for helping the blind and handicapped. He also enjoyed taking his chances at the casinos in Atlantic City, NJ, and Las Vegas, NV.
He was in a loving relationship for 30 years, with a wonderful 16 years of marriage to Barbara (Havyer) Gallagher; cherished brother of Gloria Claire Gallagher, Steven Gallagher, Jennifer Gallagher-Houghton, and the late Raymond Gallagher, Christopher Gallagher and the late Claire Gallagher Kurtz; dearest uncle of many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002 on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 11:30 am.
