Obituary for Leonard "Lenny" Bilello
Leonard “Lenny” Bilello of Perkasie, PA passed away in Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown, PA on Tuesday, March 22, 2022. He was 84.
Born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Mario and Clara (Weber) Bilello, Lenny resided in Perkasie, PA for 16 years and previously lived in Long Island, NY.
He was formerly employed as a meat curer with Ben Feldman Fine Provisions of New York for 30 years, retiring in 1988. Lenny enjoyed telling stories, landscaping, gardening, golf, billiards, detailing his car and was a fitness buff and handyman. He was a US Army Veteran.
He was the beloved husband of 60 years to Carole J. (Strohm) Bilello; devoted father of Karen Talocci and husband Carl, Susan Hogan and husband Stephen; dear brother of Robert Bilello, Irene Falco, and the late Charlie and Josephine Bilello; loving grandfather of Pam Devenny (Brian), John Cashmore (Rachael), Stephanie Leisch (Karl), Samantha Hogan and Stephen Hogan; cherished great-grandfather of Grayson, Olivia and Evelyn Devenny, Dakota and Juliet Cashmore.
The family will receive their friends at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 5194 Cold Spring Creamery Road, Doylestown, PA 18902 on Monday, March 28, 2022 from 10:00-11:30 am, followed by a funeral mass at 11:30 am.
Private cremation will follow.
