Darrell J. Burkhart passed away peacefully on October 11, 2020 at his residence in Lansdale, PA. He was 61.
Born in Wadsworth, OH to the late John and Bernadine (Crum) Burkhart, Darrell grew up in Rittman, OH. He moved to Cincinnati, OH for a new career and then was transferred for work to Pennsylvania, where he lived in several cities throughout Montgomery County, PA for the past 26 years.
He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, hunting, collecting guns, cooking, gardening, riding four wheelers and spending time with his children, grandchildren, and dogs.
Darrell was the beloved significant other of Susan Brown; former beloved husband and co-parent of Sandra Fleming; Loving and proud father of Kelly Ann Burkhart, John Burkhart (Kelly), Ryan Maslak and Shane Breuers (Tanya); Cherished brother of David Burkhart (Lori), and the late Carol Burkhart Bozsik and Karen Burkhart Jordan; Devoted grandfather of Jonathan and Jaden Burkhart, Cale and Stella Breuers, Dawson, Destiney and Braxton Maslak; Cherished uncle of Brandin Bozsik (Sarah), Emily Holbert (Derek), Steve Cotton, Tracy Goebel (Bill), Katelyn Burkhart Baker (Tim), and Meagan Bozsik (Andrew Whims).
