Obituary for John K. Moffett Jr.
John K. Moffett, Jr. (60) of Quakertown passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at St. Luke's Hospital.
Loving husband of 12 years to wife Nancy Moffett. Father to Amanda Isele(Curtis) and Ryan Moffett. Stepfather to Brian Ricca(Diane) and Shawn Ryan(Nikki Carroll). Son of the late John Moffett, Sr. He is survived by his mother and stepfather Ruth and Ed Costello. His 4 siblings Karen Bound, Deborah Carels, William Moffett(Brenda) and Richard Costello(Renna). 5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
John dedicated a lot of his life’s time volunteering at the Southampton Fire Company. He enjoyed bowling for the Southampton Businessmen league, NASCAR racing, the Phillies and Flyers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th from 10-11:30am followed by a memorial service at 11:30 at the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home. 344 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
Friends and family will be invited to share in a gathering afterwards to celebrate John and his impact on all of our lives.
