I met dearest Barry (“Mr. T.”) during my time at Lenape junior high school (40 years ago), when I became close friends with his daughter Suzanne. I recall such fond admiration of both Barry & Helen, as being the most wonderful, loving & kind parents of all my friends. Speed forward to now, 1 of my most vivid memories of Barry was during a lovely summer cookout/birthday celebration for 1 of his granddaughters. Barry was telling us some memories & funny family stories that he had of his youth. He was the best, most masterful storyteller & we just wanted to keep hearing more & more from him. He had such a gentle, caring way about him while being so strong & confident at the same time. He was gracious & humble. His smile & laughs stood out to me on that day. I will never forget his smile & how his eyes twinkled, & I just can’t think of a finer family man than Barry.
