Jerry A. Krone of Fountainville, PA passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018 in the Abington Hospice at Warminster, PA. He was 63.

Born in York, PA to the late John Krone, Sr. and Ada (Hileman) Krone, Jerry resided in Danboro before moving to Fountainville in 2003.

Jerry graduated from Dallastown High School, received a Bachelor’s Degree from Gettysburg College in Biology and Master’s Degree in Agribusiness from Delaware Valley College. He was formerly employed as an accountant with the PA Farm Bureau before operating his own accounting service. He also was the owner of Bucks County Preserves. Jerry was a member of the Doylestown Presbyterian Church, Plumsteadville Grange and active with Bucks County Dairy Promotion.

He was the beloved husband of 22 years to Amy (Yerkes) Krone; devoted father of Sandra Krone; dear brother of John Krone, Jr. and wife Karen, Nancy Mummert and husband Merrill, Marvin, Martin and David Krone; loving uncle of Patti Garrett and husband Corey, Luke Mummert and wife Liza; cherished grand uncle of Sawyer Garrett.

Arrangements were private under the direction of the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home/Central Bucks Crematory, 344 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
