Ryan R. Mastrome of Hatboro, PA passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018 in the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. He was 39.

Born in Abington, PA, Ryan resided in the Mayfair Section of Philadelphia before moving to Hatboro, PA a year ago.

He attended St. Timothy’s Church and St. Leo’s Church and School in Philadelphia and was a Server and a DJ who enjoyed playing, singing and recording music.

He was the devoted father of Ryan R. Mastrome, Jr. and Kayla Mastrome (deceased); beloved son of Anthony Mastrome, Janice Atkins and her partner Robert Herbst; dear brother of Anthony E. Mastrome, Nelianne Genner and husband Curtis, Michael Meehan and wife Lydia, Janice Jonas and husband Trevor, John Mastrome and his fiancé Brett Curry; loving uncle of Andrew Mastrome, Wyatt Jonas and Michael Meehan, Jr.

Family and Music were Ryan’s life. His favorite artist was Mariah Carey. Ryan recorded music under the names of Tee Kay and Ryan O’Rylee and the label of Philly Noise. He loved watching movies, especially Ferris Bueller and Jim Carey. Crime dramas were his favorite. His favorite Christmas shows were Home Alone and The Grinch.

Ryan had the biggest heart of gold. He loved visiting friends and remembering birthdays of everyone before Facebook was around to remind him. Ryan loved making people feel special and helping anyone out that needed it. His kindness was felt as soon as he walked into a room.

Ryan,your love will keep us safe until we meet again.

A memorial service will be held at the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home, 344 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901 on Sunday, July 15th at 1:00 pm. The family will receive friends and family from 12:00-1:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 235 E. State Street, Doylestown, PA 18901 would be appreciated.
