Donald S. Baral of Doylestown, PA passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018 in Neshaminy Manor, Warrington, PA. He was 84.

The son of Samuel and Freda (Wouch) Baral, he was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 3, 1933. Don graduated from Central High School in Philadelphia and attended Temple University. He enlisted in the US Army in 1952 and served as a communications specialist in Germany. While in Germany, he met and married his first wife, Henrietta. They returned to reside in the Philadelphia area after his honorable discharge. His two children were born there, Eileen and Michael.

After working as a car salesman for several years, Don became a driving instructor. He later worked for W.A. Butler Co., retiring in 1995. Don was an avid sports fan following all of the Philadelphia teams. He enjoyed travelling, visiting all parts of the United States and took several trips to Canada, loved canoeing, horseback riding and bicycling.

In 1975, he married Joyce Rosebrook and they resided together in Doylestown, sharing many of his favorite activities. In addition to his wife, he was survived by a daughter, Eileen Steeg of Pasadena, CA and son, Michael Steeg of CA; a step-daughter, Rachel Foglia and husband Glenn of Princeton, NJ; a step-son, Ross Rosebrook predeceased him; a sister, Glenda App and her family of Philadelphia; and a cousin, Maxine Baral of Langhorne, PA.

Arrangements were under the direction of the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home/Central Bucks Crematory, 344 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.
