Jo Anne Speranza, 69, née Struczynski, of Doylestown, PA entered into God’s eternal rest on Sunday, December 24th, surrounded by her family and loved ones.
Predeceased by her father, Joseph J. Struczynski; mother, Elizabeth M. Cookson and brother Joseph J. Struczynski Jr., Jo Anne is survived by her son Richard A. Speranza and wife Bridget and their daughters Cassidy and Alexandra of Holland, PA; her daughter Lindsay Speranza Leaman and her husband Philip of Doylestown, PA; nephew, Joseph J. Struczynski III of Fairless Hills, PA; step-sisters Sharlene Holliday (Albert), Barbara Funke (Frank) and Michele Gallagher (Michael), and countless extended family and friends.
Born in Trenton, NJ, Jo Anne resided in Doylestown for the past five years. A graduate of Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville, NJ, she worked for many years as a legal secretary and was employed by Reinboth and Company in Lambertville, NJ for the past two decades. Jo Anne took pride in her role as a volunteer at Doylestown Hospital. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and friend. She loved life and enjoyed it to the fullest. Her strength was an inspiration to many.
Jo Anne was a woman of faith and a member of Mt. Carmel Roman Catholic Church in Doylestown.
A viewing will be held at St. George Roman Catholic Church, 1370 River Road, Titusville, NJ 08560 on Friday, December 29th from 10:00-11:30 am, with a mass to follow at 11:30 am.
Interment will follow in St. Hedwig’s Cemetery on Eggert Crossing Road in Ewing Township, NJ.
