My sincerest condolences on Dick's passing. One of the highlights of my Navy career was serving with Dick in the NADC LAMPS MkIII Program Office. He was a total professional, fun to work with & most important produced results. The LAMPS Program remains one of this nation's premier weapon systems due in a large measure to his engineering expertise & leadership. God bless you, sir.
