Obituary for Debra L. "Debbie" Wewer

Debra “Debbie” L. Wewer of Doylestown, PA passed away at her residence surrounded by her family on Friday, September 8, 2017. She was 57.

Born in Trenton, NJ Debbie resided in Jamison, PA before moving to Doylestown, PA 2 years ago.

Debbie graduated from Ramapo College of Mahwah, NJ and attended American University in Washington, DC. She was formerly employed as a Contracts Administrator in the pharmaceutical industry and later as a Mary Kay representative. Debbie was always a very personable with family and friends and everyone who met Debbie loved her.

She was the beloved wife of 20 years to Bob Wewer; cherished mother of Joshua Wewer, Robert Wewer, Jr. and wife Madeline; devoted daughter of Sarah (Davis) Hodes and the late Arnold Morton Hodes; dear sister of Robert Hodes and wife Christine; loving niece of Rodney Davis, Vicky Jenkinson and husband Jake; sister-in-law of Joe Wewer and wife Mary Ellen, Charles Wewer, Raymond Wewer and wife Maria; aunt of Robert, Travis and Gabrielle also survived many other nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home, 344 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901 on Wednesday, September 13th at 11:30 am. The family will receive their friends from 10:00-11:30 am at the funeral home prior to the service.

Interment will follow in Doylestown Cemetery.
