Anthony “Mac” Denning passed away tragically on September 5, 2017. He was 25 years old.

He was the beloved son of Kevin W. Denning, Sr. and Maribeth T. Ehrlacher (Gregory C. McCarthy).

He was the brother and best friend to JR (Kevin Jr.) Denning, who will miss him dearly.

He was the loving and cherished grandson of James P. Sr. and Claire A. Denning with whom he resided and Gordian V. Ehrlacher with whom he previously resided. He was predeceased recently by his grandmother, Marian Scicchitano Ehrlacher.

He was a devoted caregiver to his “Gran”, sitting with her for hours and accompanying her on her many visits to doctors and hospitals.

Born Anthony McRory Ehrlacher Denning on March 11, 1992 in Philadelphia PA, he was known to everyone as Mac.

He graduated from Central Bucks High School South in 2010 and attended Bucks County Community College. He was employed by McCaffrey’s in Doylestown where he worked alongside his father and grandfather.

Mac built computers and often turbo-sized existing computers to accommodate gaming systems.

Every once in a while, an individual comes along who interacts with people from all walks of life, and has no enemies. Mac was that person. Wherever he went, the resident dog or cat would gravitate to him. He touched everyone with his kindness and manners. He was devoted to his mother and loved his father, brother and grandparents. He and his brother were best friends and always had each other’s back. All of the family dogs had a special place in his heart. His quick wit and perfect comedic timing will be remembered by all who knew him.

In addition, to his parents, brother and grandparents, he is survived by an aunt , Kathy A. Ehrlacher, four uncles, James P. Jr. (Suzanne), Kenneth J. Sr. (Diane), William M. and Patrick R. Denning and their children, Kenny (Nikki), Kierstin, Alexandra, Alyssa, Chelsea, Patrick , Liam and Eddie Denning.

Also surviving are a step-sister, Meghan L. McCarthy, step-brother, Ryan F. McCarthy and his son, Connor R. McCarthy and over 100 aunts, uncles and cousins.

All are welcome to a service on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 1:00 pm under the direction of the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home/Central Bucks Crematory, 344 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901. The family will receive their friends from 12:00-1:00 pm prior to the service.
