Obituary for Christina M. "Tina" Smith

Christina “Tina” Smith of Ottsville, PA –“Our bubbly, funny, and happy go lucky - wife, sister and aunt,” passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was 67.

Born in Abington, PA to the late Anthony and Mary (Long) Fallo, Tina resided in Warminster, PA before moving to Ottsville, PA 27 years ago.

She received her X-ray Technician Certification from Lower Bucks Hospital and was formerly employed with Abington Memorial Hospital and the Radiology Group of Abington for 30 years. Tina was later employed with Cooper Mechanical of Ottsville, PA for 17 years.

Tina enjoyed decorating, gardening and shopping. She enjoyed her life to the fullest, and relished her time with friends and family. Tina will be remembered fondly by all for her sweet disposition, her sense of humor, and zest for life.

She was the beloved wife of 44 years to Graham Smith; dear sister of Mary (Armand) Correnti, Nancy (Jerry) Nadley, Toni Valonis and the late Donna Justice, who is survived by her husband Richard; also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

A Celebration of Life for Tina will be held at Mike’s York Street Bar & Grill, 544 York Road, Warminster, PA 18974 on Friday, June 30th at 12 Noon in the upper room. The family requests everyone wear bright and colorful attire like Tina’s personality instead of darker attire.

The family wishes to thank the staff of St. Luke’s Hospice Program for the wonderful care Tina received.

Cremation services were private under the direction of the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home/Central Bucks Crematory, 344 N. Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a Cancer Research Organization of the donor’s choice.
