I'm making this donation on behalf of Jim Chant. I had the good fortune of getting to know Jim in my role as a member of New Britain Borough Council. I will certainly miss him and his kindness & generosity. What I'll miss the most is his ability to "think outside the box". No matter the issue, Jim always encouraged council members to consider different perspectives before making decisions.
