Condolence: When we think of adjectives to describe Emerson, the words that come to mind are caring, intelligent, funny. We have many fond memories of our time with Em and Sharon at Family of God, and we were so sad to hear of his passing. Although we were not able to be at the service, our prayers go out to Sharon and all of Em's family. Carrie and Rich also send their condolences.

Condolence: We met Emerson and Sharon thru our church, Family of God Lutheran Church in Buckingham about 40 years ago. Our kids were involved in activities together. We weathered our new congregation- we moved so many times, it seemed we were nomads. Emerson was always there as a "worker bee" - a quiet and steady influence in everything. He helped all of our kids in math- teaching them before and after church activities- always patient, always kind! We will miss his steady calming ways and his great sense of humor! He was one of the finest people we have ever had the privilege of knowing. "Go in Peace" Emerson for you have "served the lord" and all of us. Blessings to Sharon, Andy, Kara, Michael and Matthew Shaw and Jennifer, Ed, Jacob and Ryan Muntz.

Condolence: Dear Sharon, Andy, Jennifer, and family, Our sincere sympathy go out to you on the loss of Emerson - a husband, father, father-in-law, and grandfather. We were honored to have known Emerson for about 40 years and worked closely with him as we worked to grow our fledgling congregation. His insight, work, and humor was a blessing to everyone, and we pray that lasting memories will provide a measure of comfort during this difficult period and the days that follow. With caring and fond memories, Carol & Dave
