Daniel Comeau of New Hope, PA passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at his residence. He was 56.

Born in Montreal, Canada to the late Albany Comeau and Gilberte Beaudoin, Daniel was born and raised in Montreal before moving to New Hope, PA in 2000.

He was employed as a Principal Scientist with Johnson & Johnson of Skillman, NJ for 20 years. Daniel also held several patents through Johnson & Johnson as well as Union Carbide. He loved music and stated, “He couldn’t play it, but he certainly made it sound right.”

He was the beloved husband of 17 years to Dunia Rmeili; devoted father of Mathieu Comeau; caring step-father of Daisy Fleming and husband Matthew; loving brother of Simone Comeau-David and husband Pierre David; cherished uncle of Stephan David and Alex David; also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

A memorial gathering will be held at the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home, 344 North Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901 on Sunday, February 5th from 11:00 am - 12 Noon.

Cremation services were private.
