Condolence: Michelle, I worked with and knew Bill professionally and work with him as a subcontractor on many projects. We had a great relationship. Over the 15 years I knew him, he was an OUTSTANDING person and someone I considered a friend. While we never met, Bill mentioned you several times and treasured your relationship.
