Obituary for Thomas Alexander Reich

DOYLESTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA - My husband, Thomas Alexander Reich left us in body but will live on in the spirit of many people, our children Carla, David and Jeffrey Reich, David LoGiudice and daughter-in-law, Kara, our grandchildren, Donovan and Amelia, his Sister Rita Mandl and many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
If you had the pleasure of meeting Tom Reich around town at a local supermarket, a restaurant, central park - walking his dogs, a democratic committee meeting for which he was Vice Chair, a telephone call for Organizing for America or at your door getting out the vote. Whether you were a Democrat or Republican you enjoyed the conversation. Tom walked the talk. Anyone who met him felt his genuine warmth and concern for his fellow man.
Born in Budapest, Hungary he arrived in New York with his mother Erna on the S.S. Berlin at the age of 12. He has been a Proud American ever since.
He graduated from New York Military Academy High School. A US Navy Veteran during the Vietnam era. He attended Bernard Baruch College where he received his Masters in Business – Marketing
He gave his all in anything he did. In 1993 he and his family returned to Hungary for 9 years to start Euro Business, Import/Export Company introducing American products to Hungary. He was a Chair of the American Club in Budapest. In 2002, he returned to New York and worked at Courier Life Publishing. He has been in Doylestown for 5 years.

Love you, Teddy Bear
