DOYLESTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA - Carol A. Young (nee Hall) of Doylestown, PA passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 in the Golden Living Center, Doylestown, PA. She was 55 years old.

Born in Doylestown, PA, Carol was a lifelong resident of Doylestown, PA.

Carol was a longtime member and former employee with St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Doylestown and later was a sales representative with Eckerd Drugs of Doylestown. She enjoyed gardening and spending time outside with nature.

Carol was the beloved wife of 4 years to Duane Young, devoted mother of Christina Thomas and husband Jason, loving daughter of Helen Hall and the late Stanley Hall, dear sister of Joseph Hall and wife Virginia, Helen Santmeyer and husband Kenny, Pat Hall, Shirley Bose and husband Henry, cherished grandmother of Zachary Thomas.

A service will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 301 N. Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901 on Monday, April 30th at 11 am. The family will receive their friends from 10-11 am at the church prior to the service.

Interment will follow in Doylestown Cemetery, Doylestown, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Carol's memory to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
