Obituary for Dawn S. DePaul

DOYLESTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA - Dawn S. DePaul of Doylestown, PA passed away at her residence on Sunday, March 23, 2014. She was 49.

Born in Philadelphia, Dawn was currently residing in Doylestown PA. She was formerly employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and was a loving mother, grandmother and daughter.

Dawn loved pets, especially her Cockapoo Maddie and deceased Lab Sabrina. She enjoyed baking and cooking (especially her potato salad that nobody can match or duplicated). Dawn also loved spending time caring for the elderly and children (her own and others alike). She was a music lover of all time frames and genres especially the Rolling Stones (when you hear Gimme Shelter please think of Dawn). And most recently, Dawn enjoyed spending time spoiling or talking about her granddaughter whom she called "angel baby" Carina.

Dawn is survived by her boyfriend, Rich Fly, children, Louis DePaul, III and girlfriend Amy Habecker, Jennifer DePaul and fiancé Alex Sitar, granddaughter, Carina DePaul, Anthony and Dixie (Amy's children she treated as her own grand children), Jessica and kaitlyn (Rich's daughters she loved as her own), parents, Becky Corman, Jack Palmer and step-mother Joyce Palmer, a brother Curt, a sister, Samantha, and many aunts and uncles including Kathy, Peg, Flossy, John (deceased), Janet (best of friends who she will be buried with).

A memorial service will be held at West Laurel Hill, Chapel of Peace, 215 Belmont Avenue, Bala Cynwyd PA 19004 on Monday, March 31, 2014 with a gathering from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm and Words of Remembrance from 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm.

Interment will follow with immediate family after the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a memorial college fund for her granddaughter Carina and all future grandchildren. The account will bear Dawn's name. Donations can be mailed and checks made payable to:
