UPPER BLACK EDDY, PENNSYLVANIA - Patricia Ann "Pat" Hilbert of Upper Black Eddy, PA passed away at her residence on Monday, July 6, 2015 surrounded by her family and dear friends. She was 64.

Born in Doylestown, PA to the late Hattie (Templeton) and Alfred Scotty Clausen, Pat was a lifelong resident of Upper Black Eddy, PA. Pat graduated from Palisades High School and went on to receive her Associate Degree in Marketing from Upper Bucks Vocational School.

She spent her whole life always putting everyone else s needs before her own. She enjoyed caring for others and was a homemaker. Her greatest joy was helping to raise her grandsons.

She was the beloved wife of 44 years to Ronald Hilbert, devoted mother of ReNee Derstine (Darien) and DJ Hilbert, all of Upper Black Eddy, PA, loving grandmother of Hunter Thomas and Zachary Derstine, dear sister of Robert Clausen (Judy) and Audrey Weaver, and many nieces and nephews.

Cremation services were private under the direction of the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home, Doylestown, PA.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
