CLEARWATER, FLORIDA - Honorata Otkala, 92, died on Saturday, February 13, 2016 in Clearwater, Florida. She passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side.

Honorata was born on November 21, 1923 in Gdynia, Poland, to the late Leonard and Jozefa Tyminski.

She and her family lived in Poland until 1976, before the family moved to New York City. Honorata then settled near her children in Clearwater, Florida.

She graduated from Sewing and Design school in Poland shortly after World War II.

Honorata was a self-employed Master Seamstress and after moving to New York she was employed with a Janitorial Service Company until she retired.

She married Wladyslaw Horocki in 1955, and he preceded her in death in 1965. They had two sons: Zbigniew and Krzysztof. In 1971, Honorata remarried to late Jan Otkala.

She was the devoted mother to her two sons, their wives, and her grandchildren: Arthur, Renee and Lucas.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 5175 Cold Spring Creamery Road, Doylestown, PA 18902 on Saturday, Feb. 20th, at 12 Noon. Where the family will receive friends and family from 11am – 12 Noon prior to the mass.

Interment will follow in Our Lady of Czestochowa Shrine Cemetery, Doylestown, PA.
