Obituary for Marion Ashbury Eggleton

MEDFORD, NEW JERSEY - Marion Ashbury Eggleton of Medford, NJ passed away in the Cooper University Hospital, Camden, NJ on Saturday, April 23, 2016. He was 80.

Born in Richmond, IN, Marion resided in Doylestown and Warminster, PA before moving to Medford, NJ 20 years ago.

He graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor Degree in Agriculture and a Master Degree in Business Administration from George Washington University. Marion owned a small Market Research Company named Ashbury Associates for the last 20 years, where he provided market research for companies all over the world.

Marion also authored several books under the Pen Name of Michael Ashbury: An Interview with God, Love after 50, Baby Boomer Love, Catholic Myth and More. He was also a US Army veteran and served as a Captain during the Vietnam War.

He was the devoted father of Laura Eggleton-Palazzolo and husband Carl, Lisa Morton and husband Mark and William Eggleton; loving grandfather of Mackenzie, Riley and Delaney Morton; dear brother of Phillip and Charles Eggleton and the late Elizabeth; and former husband of Myra Hackman Eggleton.
